The second of Village Hotels’ compact footprint sites will include changing rooms prepared and fitted by Crown Sports Lockers.
The operator opened its first compact site in Portsmouth last November, complete with business hub, bar and restaurant and health club, kitted out with lockers surfaced with Village Hotels trademark modular multi-coloured panelling.
The second site, at Bristol, is due to open later in 2018 to a similar formula of high-spec compact bedrooms, fast broadband connectivity, business hub and health club.
Specialist changing room furniture manufacturers and suppliers Crown have installed locker rooms across many of Village Hotels estate throughout the UK and are currently refreshing sites in the North West of England, as well as installing new facilities at destinations such as Bristol.
“Health clubs that Village Hotels operate typically attract 3,000 members,” said Crown Project Manager Spencer Grimwood, “so the quality of changing provision is critical in helping them attract and retain membership.
“They have recently rung the changes with a new colour range for their locker panels, including trending grey, a popular choice now for lockers across leisure.”
