Bexleyheath Golf Club

Located in the borough of Bexley in London, Bexleyheath Golf Club is a nine-hole parkland course nestling in the north-west corner of Kent. It has been called the "friendliest club around" because it is owned and run by the members, based on the ethos that the members' needs come first.

Bexleyheath Golf Club was officially recognised by the R&A in 1909, although there is evidence that golf was being played on the site two years previously. Bexleyheath Golf Club Limited, a company whose shareholders were club members, purchased the land in 1921 and have been in control ever since. The course has been rearranged on two occasions, first to accommodate the A2 trunk road and again when the dual carriageway needed to be widened in 1968.

The club provides a packed calendar of competitive events all year round, including a selection of Stableford, medal and bogey competitions, as well as a Texas Scramble-style team event and mixed tournaments. Boasting a lively social calendar, various gatherings take place throughout the year.

A comfortable clubhouse offers breathtaking views across the Kent landscape and provides high-class in-house catering.

Crown Sports Lockers was commissioned to carry out a refurbishment of Bexleyheath Golf Club's locker rooms, in keeping with the traditional style of the club. We manufactured and installed high-quality golf bag lockers, featuring oak veneer doors. Completing the installation, we fitted integral clear span locker room seating.
