Ibstock School

Ibstock Place School is located in Roehampton, London. The co-educational independent day school for students aged 4 to 18, was founded as the Froebel School at the end of the 19th century.

Originally, the school educated pupils up to the age of 13 years, but in 1976, the leaving age was extended to 16 years. A sixth form was established in 2005, with the age range extended to 18 years.

In the 21st century, extensive building work has taken place to extend the school. New buildings have included a sports hall in 2008 and a £9 million new building in 2011 containing classrooms, science laboratories, a library and other new facilities.

Crown Sports Lockers was commissioned to install new school lockers at Ibstock School. We provided maple-finish locker bodies and locker doors, with internal arrangements to the client’s requirements. A Crown Latchlock system was included with scratch plates to the door face. We also provided bespoke oak MFC educational establishment lockers in keeping with the school’s traditional style.
