Look no further for proof of Crown’s capability to deliver bespoke fit-outs than historic Westonbirt School.
Co-educational since 2019, after nearly a century providing premier teaching for girls only, the independent school, sited on a Grade 1 Listed estate, is upgrading and extending its storage provision as it breaks with tradition to take in boys.
Under an expansive install to cater for Westonbirt’s full programme of indoor leisure and outdoor sport, Crown is fitting oversized lockers to store large containers holding sports kit, as well as custom storage units to house hockey sticks and other equipment.
Taking advantage of Crown’s bespoke service, the school were able to select from a colour palette that blends seamlessly into the building’s historic décor – dark grey neutral interiors, with a subtle grey linen-effect locker door and contrasting bench seating.
A simple padlock mechanism was the preferred choice to avoid the administration of locker keys, and each individual unit will be fitted with a name-card holder for easy identification.
Westonbirt School will be the latest addition to Crown’s portfolio of some of the country’s leading private education facilities.
