Crown Sports Lockers has just completed a successful management buyout of assets and goodwill from founder Richard Downing, who ran the company since launch in 1993.
Under directors Spencer Grimwood and Sam Palmer – Crown’s former project managers, it’s very much business as usual for the Made in Britain, FSC-certified manufacturer.
“This is the right move at the right time,” says Spencer. “Crown’s experience and expertise in locker and storage provide the perfect platform for growth following the MBO.
“New markets are already opening up for our products, as we continue to fully serve our core customer base in sport, leisure, hotels, spas and hospitality.”
